My name is Gail Clanton Diggs and I started GCD in the winter of 2007 after nearly 15 years of working as an Executive Marketing Director and Copywriter at a major health company in the Washington, DC area.  

During my successful career with this company, I helped to launch and sustain the businesses of doctors, investment advisors, and other respected experts located all over the country.  I wrote copy, offered marketing strategies, and played a major role in the overall direction and growth of these businesses.

While this work was satisying, I wanted more.  And I knew that, for me, there was a better, smarter, more enjoyable way to make a living.  That’s when GCD Writing and Marketing was born and I’ve never looked back.  I absolutely love what I’m doing.

Through my work I get the unique opportunity to work one-on-one with some of the smartest, most remarkable people on the planet — small business owners who are just launching new companies, mid-level professionals who need assistance with their workloads in corporate America, and some of the most highly-established copywriters, designers, and marketing strategists in the country.  I’m proud to call many of these people my friends and want nothing more than to see us all succeed.
